Overview

The WP User Dashboard is the plugin for managing your user without the need to enter the backend of the website. The Dashboard will be shown on the frontend, and you can add, edit, update, or view the note of the user, giving you the full control of managing your user.

Function

1. Add User

This function allow use to add information about the new user

General Information

  • The manager can add the general information about new user such as First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
    • Impact: The information of the new user will be automatically added in the CRM, such as groundhogg.
  • Generate the Email with Ai:
    • Impact: The system will generate the email automatically and randomly choose the name for the email.

Roles

  • The admin can add this following roles:
    • Editor
    • Author
    • Contributor
    • Subscriber
    • Marketer
    • Sales Manager
    • Sales Representative
    • Group Leader
    • Event Host

Capabilities

  • Here what you can assign what the new user can do:
    • Send Email Section: The user can send the email about the coaching session or the subscription sign up.
    • Add to Funnel: The manager can give this user the capabilities to reach the goal.
    • Session Section: The manager can assign more session from the email section (e.g. 6 sessions).

2. Search User

Allow you to search for a specific user by their first name, Last name, email, phone, etc. The dashboard will show the result that match what the manager search.

3. Filtering

This part allows you to filter on how you want the dashboard to be show on your website

On the left side (Tags base):

  • Click on the button that show on the dashboard:
    • Impact: The dashboard will display the user who has the selected tag.

On the right side (Sessions base):

  • Click on the filter button and select the condition from the list.
    • Impact: The dashboard will display the user who has that said session.

4. Edit User

This part allow manager to edit, delete, or update the latest information about the user, replace the outdated information of the user.

  • User Information:
    • Impact: The manager can add general info about the user newest info, replacing the old info or view the groundhogg note or LearnDash data.
  • Capabilities:
    • Impact: Select what this user can do from sending email to assigning a session.
  • BuddyBoss Groups:
    • Impact: Can assign a BuddyBoss Groups to the user.
  • CRM Tag Management (Admin):
    • Impact: The admin can add the CRM tag for the user. (Only admin can see this function).

5. Session Management

Allow you to manage the session for each user with ease by clicking on the checkbox and the information will be registered in CRM like groundhogg.

    – This plugin around you to see the notes from previous or add new notes recently
